These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StoreReturn, an AI email returns agent for Shopify operated by Binary Chakra / Chakril (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using StoreReturn, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
StoreReturn reads inbound return-related emails, uses AI to classify them and check them against your configured return policy, and — based on your approval settings — helps create returns and refunds in your Shopify store and draft replies to your customers. You remain responsible for your return policy, your final decisions, and your compliance with applicable consumer-protection laws.
You must have a valid Shopify store and the authority to install apps and grant the requested permissions on that store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, or using it to process data you have no lawful right to process. You are responsible for the accuracy of the return policy and settings you configure.
StoreReturn uses automated classification and recommendations. AI output may contain errors. Where you enable auto-approval, you accept responsibility for the resulting actions; otherwise, recommendations are presented for your review and approval. You should verify outcomes that materially affect your customers or finances.
Our handling of Shopify data and customer emails is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
StoreReturn, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Binary Chakra / Chakril and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the service. You retain all rights to your store data.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using StoreReturn and uninstall it from your Shopify store at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
